DESCRIPTION
This is the film that my brother and I submitted for the Collier County Public Schools iFilm Festiva. We lost, but it was only because of political reasons. They don't wanna see us winning. This film is about Hurricane Irma and how it ravished the city of Naples, Florida in September of 2017.
